Where a Return Request cannot be resolved, either party may open a formal dispute.
During a dispute:
- Escrow funds remain securely held.
- Paycul conducts an independent review.
- Sellers may submit evidence supporting their position.
- Both parties are expected to cooperate honestly.
Failure to participate in the dispute process may affect the outcome of the investigation.
