This Fees & Pricing Policy explains the fees that may apply when using Paycul.

Paycul is committed to transparent pricing. Before a charge is applied, the applicable fee will generally be displayed to the user unless otherwise stated in this Policy or required by law.

This Policy forms part of Paycul's Terms of Service and applies to Buyers, Sellers, and other users of the Platform.

The fees collected by Paycul help support:

• Secure escrow services.
• Payment processing.
• Fraud prevention.
• Identity verification.
• Platform maintenance.
• Customer support.
• Marketplace development.
• Security improvements.

Fees allow Paycul to continue providing a reliable and secure marketplace for digital products.

Depending on the services used, Paycul may charge one or more of the following:

• Escrow service fees.
• Seller commissions.
• Withdrawal processing fees.
• Premium membership fees.
• Featured listing fees.
• Advertising fees.
• Currency conversion charges, where applicable.
• Other optional service fees introduced by Paycul.

Not every transaction will incur every fee.

Paycul may charge an escrow service fee for eligible transactions.

The escrow fee:

• Supports the secure handling of funds.
• Covers escrow administration and dispute infrastructure.
• May vary depending on promotions, transaction type, membership benefits, or operational requirements.

The applicable escrow fee will generally be displayed before a transaction is confirmed.

When a Seller successfully completes a transaction, Paycul may deduct a marketplace commission before crediting the Seller's Wallet.

Unless otherwise stated, the commission is calculated based on the final transaction amount.

The applicable commission rate is displayed within the Seller dashboard or during the listing process.

Certain withdrawal methods may attract processing fees.

Withdrawal fees may vary depending on:

• Country.
• Currency.
• Payment provider.
• Withdrawal method.
• Regulatory requirements.

Applicable fees will normally be shown before the withdrawal request is submitted.

Paycul may offer optional premium memberships that provide additional features or benefits.

Examples may include:

• Reduced marketplace fees.
• Increased listing visibility.
• Advanced selling tools.
• Enhanced shop customization.
• Priority support.
• Other premium benefits.

Membership pricing and available benefits will be displayed before purchase.

Sellers may choose to purchase featured placement for eligible listings.

Featured listings may receive increased visibility within designated sections of the Platform.

Purchasing a featured listing does not guarantee:

• Sales.
• Search ranking.
• Buyer engagement.
• Specific business outcomes.

Featured listing fees are generally non-refundable once the promotion has begun.

Paycul may offer advertising opportunities, including banner advertisements and promotional placements.

Advertising fees vary depending on factors such as:

• Advertisement type.
• Placement.
• Campaign duration.
• Target audience.
• Available inventory.

Advertising purchases are subject to Paycul's advertising requirements and approval process.

Where transactions involve different currencies, conversion rates may apply.

Exchange rates may be provided by Paycul or third-party payment providers.

The final converted amount may differ from publicly available exchange rates due to provider charges, market fluctuations, or applicable service fees.

Users are encouraged to review conversion details before confirming a transaction.

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges imposed by applicable laws in connection with their use of Paycul.

Where required by law, Paycul may:

• Collect taxes.
• Withhold taxes.
• Report transaction information to relevant authorities.

Tax obligations vary by jurisdiction and remain the responsibility of the user unless otherwise required by law.

Paycul may operate referral or affiliate programs that reward eligible users for referring new users to the Platform.

Participation in referral programs is subject to:

• The applicable Referral Program Terms.
• Eligibility requirements.
• Fraud prevention measures.
• Any promotional conditions published by Paycul.

Referral rewards may be withheld, adjusted, or cancelled if Paycul determines that a referral was obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of Platform policies.

From time to time, Paycul may offer:

• Promotional discounts.
• Coupon codes.
• Fee reductions.
• Limited-time offers.
• Marketing campaigns.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotions may not be combined.
• Promotions may expire without notice after their published validity period.
• Additional eligibility conditions may apply.

Paycul reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary.

Paycul may update its fees from time to time to reflect:

• Operational costs.
• Payment processing costs.
• Regulatory requirements.
• New Platform features.
• Market conditions.
• Business needs.

Where practical, updated fees will be communicated through the Platform before they take effect.

The applicable fee displayed at the time a user confirms a transaction will generally govern that transaction.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Paycul:

• Escrow fees are generally non-refundable once the escrow service has commenced.
• Seller commissions are generally non-refundable after a successful transaction.
• Premium membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated.
• Featured listing fees are generally non-refundable once the promotion has started.
• Advertising fees are generally non-refundable once the campaign has commenced.

This section does not affect any escrow funds that may be returned following an accepted Return Request or dispute decision in accordance with Paycul's policies.

If a payment is:

• Declined,
• Reversed,
• Charged back,
• Cancelled by the payment provider, or
• Determined to be unauthorized,

Paycul may:

• Cancel the affected transaction.
• Reverse related Wallet credits where permitted.
• Suspend associated account activity.
• Recover amounts lawfully owed.
• Take enforcement action where fraud or abuse is suspected.

Although Paycul strives to maintain accurate pricing information, errors may occasionally occur.

If a pricing error is identified, Paycul may:

• Correct the error.
• Cancel the affected transaction before completion.
• Contact the affected user where appropriate.
• Refund any incorrectly charged amount where required.

Paycul is not obligated to honor pricing that is clearly the result of an obvious technical or administrative error.

Users are responsible for:

• Reviewing applicable fees before confirming a transaction.
• Ensuring sufficient Wallet funds are available where required.
• Understanding any applicable taxes or payment provider charges.
• Providing accurate payment information.

By completing a transaction, the user acknowledges the applicable fees displayed at the time of confirmation.

Paycul may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:

• New services.
• Changes in pricing.
• Regulatory requirements.
• Payment provider updates.
• Operational improvements.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.

The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this Policy indicates the latest revision.
